Quality Statement
We meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements in all aspects of our business. We measure and continually improve our standards for process improvement, product quality, support services and overall customer satisfaction. We consider quality a business fundamental for everyone, from our suppliers to our distribution network and, most importantly, CPC employees.
ISO 13485:2016 is recognized by regulators around the world as a good basis for addressing medical device design and manufacturing regulatory requirements. It allows us to enhance product safety by proactively identifying and managing product and project risks. Becoming ISO 13485:2016 certified has allowed us to better control the consistency of manufactured products.
