Liquid Cooling Quick Disconnect Couplings (QDs)

Download Liquid Cooling's New Product Catalog

CPC’s Everis® quick disconnects are engineered for seamless integration into liquid cooling systems, with broad compatibility for the liquid cooling market. Available in a wide array of QD designs, materials and component terminations like high-performance engineered polymers or durable metal, these couplings install easily and perform reliably in environments where failure isn’t an option.

From HPC clusters and data centers to advanced imaging and power-dense electronics, Everis liquid cooling couplers help manage heat with precision. Products like the Everis LQ2, LQ4, and LQ8 are all built for clean, secure connections that protect sensitive systems and maintain uptime.

Meeting Thermal Management Requirements With Liquid Cooling Fittings

Liquid cooling systems used in high-performance computing, data centers and power electronics demand fluid couplings that are engineered to precise thermal, mechanical and chemical specifications. CPC’s Everis® quick disconnects are designed specifically for these types of mission critical environments.

  • Optimized flow performance. Everis connectors are available in a range of sizes — such as 1/8-inch LQ2 and 1/2-inch LQ8 — to support flow rates from server to CDU. They deliver optimized flow in a small package with eternal geometry engineered to reduce pressure drop and maintain stable flow even at high system loads.
  • Coolant-compatible materials. CPC offers both metal and high-performance engineered thermoplastics, such as polysulfone and polycarbonate blends, that resist corrosion and support long-term durability. These materials are compatible with common coolants including water-glycol mixtures, dielectric fluids and other system-specific chemistries.
  • Advanced sealing technology. Multi-lobed redundant seals maintain shape and sealing integrity over time, offering increased resistance to wear, debris and fluid degradation. These seals help reduce the risk of leaks and lower the force required to make a secure connection.
  • Non-spill disconnection. Flush-face valve designs minimize residual fluid exposure at disconnect, helping to maintain system cleanliness and protect nearby electronics. Quick, dripless connects and disconnects are a standard feature across the Everis liquid cooling product line.
  • Designed for integration. Options like integrated thumb latches, swivel joints and blind-mate configurations allow for one-handed operation and ease of use in space-constrained server racks and modular systems.

Built for Hyperscalers: Universal Quick Disconnects

Developed in collaboration with Intel, Universal Quick Disconnects (UQDs) meet Open Compute Project (OCP) specifications for interoperability in liquid cooling systems. These dry-break, hot-swappable couplings are purpose-built for hyperscale environments, with a compact footprint and blind-mate and handmade designs that supports dense rack architectures.

Engineered for space-limited applications and trusted by the world’s largest data center operators, Everis UQDs set a new standard for reliability and integration at scale.
